1. Delivery Zones
We offer two levels of delivery service based on our logistics coverage:
Service Zones
These include major cities such as:

Hyderabad

Sahiwal

Multan
-
Bahawalpur
Non-Service Zones
All other cities and areas in Pakistan not listed above fall under Non-Service Zones.
2. Delivery Charges
For Service Zones

Orders below Rs. 5,000: Flat delivery fee of Rs. 140

Orders Rs. 5,000 and above: Free Delivery
For Non-Service Zones

Order weight up to 0.5 kg: Rs. 270
-
Above 0.5 kg: Rs. 270 + Rs. 270 per additional kg

3. Shipping Restrictions
Please note the following items cannot be delivered to non-service zones due to safety and storage concerns:

Injections

Refrigerated or temperature-sensitive items

Liquid products

Glass bottles
4. Order Verification & Delivery

Customers are required to verify items upon delivery to ensure they match the invoice.
5. Third-Party Logistics
For deliveries outside service zones, we partner with trusted third-party logistics providers to ensure timely and secure delivery of your orders.
