At NexcelCosmetology, we strive to deliver your health and beauty products safely and efficiently across Pakistan. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

1. Delivery Zones

We offer two levels of delivery service based on our logistics coverage:

Service Zones

These include major cities such as:

  • Karachi

  • Lahore

  • Hyderabad

  • Sahiwal

  • Multan

  • Bahawalpur

Non-Service Zones

All other cities and areas in Pakistan not listed above fall under Non-Service Zones.

2. Delivery Charges

For Service Zones

  • Orders below Rs. 5,000: Flat delivery fee of Rs. 140

  • Orders Rs. 5,000 and above: Free Delivery

For Non-Service Zones

  • Order weight up to 0.5 kg: Rs. 270

  • Above 0.5 kg: Rs. 270 + Rs. 270 per additional kg

💬 Note: If delivery charges exceed Rs. 270, our support team will contact you to confirm the final delivery cost before processing your order.

3. Shipping Restrictions

Please note the following items cannot be delivered to non-service zones due to safety and storage concerns:

  • Milk or dairy products

  • Injections

  • Refrigerated or temperature-sensitive items

  • Liquid products

  • Glass bottles

4. Order Verification & Delivery

  • Our team may contact you via WhatsApp (0335-2353321) to confirm your order or delivery charges.

  • Customers are required to verify items upon delivery to ensure they match the invoice.

5. Third-Party Logistics

For deliveries outside service zones, we partner with trusted third-party logistics providers to ensure timely and secure delivery of your orders.
